| 内容記述 | 1. Purposes a. To distribute software and data as products of the research activity of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics to the society. b. To raise the activity of statistical science, and trigger new researches. c. To make our Institutes achievements be properly evaluated.\n2. OML, Open Market License To attain above purposes, we not only make collection of software and data, but provide "Open Market License". Open Market License is a specific form of license agreement devised for researchers who want to give their beforehand permission for free use of their products. It is expected that it will promote the free circulation of software and data, and lower costs. The exact terms of OML are given elsewhere. Since it is our conviction that there is much to be gained by the spread of the idea of OML, we decided to maintain the "Open Market License Library" within the ISMLIB, though the idea of OML itself is independent of ISMLIB. Use of OML by those who sympathize with our policy is free and welcomed.\n(note) Open under Open Market License condition is on the authors' own responsibilities, and the Institute of Statistical Mathematics or the Center for Development of Statistical Computing of the Institute take no responsibility for any damage or trouble caused by the use of the said software. | |||||||||
